If I receive a message while in EU even though Roaming and Mobile data switched off - so how/why could I receive it? - Three charges £1.67 plus VAT for that day. The only way I can enjoy free wifi in EU without incurring Three charge for incoming message is to turn my phone off. Go O2 much better.
