Hi I am at end of contract and am £205 in credit. After 6 hours of on line chats and phone calls to India. EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL I ge to point of giving card details to refund GUES WHAT YES CUT OFF FOR 6 HOURS OVER AND OVER AGAIN
