Recently three was having a system glitch and they were charging the local calls,although I was having unlimited minutes. I would like to request to refund all the amount that has been charged for the local calls.

Thanks for the suggestion. It really helped. Although they didn't refund the amount but I got the amount topped up as credit balance.

I tried with no success with the chat 💬 as it always come up to rephrase your concern. It seems their digital chat is not a viable solution as it has limitations and can only assist with predefined scripts. I haven't tried calling them. I will try and hope it will be sorted out.
