Hi, I bought a 14 day Go Roam pass when I arrived in the USA, not realising I have a 28 day Go Roam allowance that covers this. Can I cancel and get a refund for the 14 day Go Roam add on? I keep trying the Chat but no ones ever available.
If you contact them in a timely fashion they may be able to. You need to contact customer services though as we have no access to your account on here.
