Requesting PAC via text isnt working (leaving 3)

Hi

Requesting PAC via text message sends back a message:

"Sorry but we're struggling to verify your account. Please go to 3.uk/iai for more info" which is a help page how to switch to Three

Is there a way to request my PAC number from my account page as I cannot find it

How long have you got left on the contract? There was a reply from a moderator that 3 won't give a pac code if more than 1 month left or you are in arrears.

Hi @sc1999,

Hope you're starting to feel better after your surgery.

Do you remember where you've seen this info about PACs not being available till the last month or when in arrears? PAC codes can still be requested mid-contract and even if there's arrears on an account. We advise of charges due to the early termination fee and/or overdue balance, on the text if relevant.

Offhand it sounds like this could have been a misunderstanding about the rules for online upgrades, but if you let me know the specific post we can get it corrected or clarified.

We've been carrying out system updates so there's 2 version of My3 at the moment.

If your layout doesn't match sc1999's then from the App once logged in and on the main page showing remaining allowances, "Get your PAC or STAC" should be in the hamburger menu on the top right.

If on the browser version scroll down till you find the "Support" section, click on the menu with the 3 dots there and you should see "Get you PAC or STAC".

It was posted here somewhere by a moderator amongst reasons for not giving a pac code. I would try and search for it but the community search feature is not that good.

Login to My3 on the web, click on your account, there are 4 columns under My details is Leve Three and you should, hopefully, find what you are looking for.

Hovering over My3 account opens menu with Manage account, Change pass and Logout

Clicking on Manage account takes me to dashboard where one option is "My details and prefs"

Clicking on My details takes me to new page with: :

I should have asked ios or android? I use android and a Windows laptop. I have just checked the android, pay monthly, my3 app and leave 3 is: login, click on user icon top right, click on user name/email, (this screen for changing email), select your details from the your account drop downand leave three is on the list.
