Roaming Data Limit Increase

I appear to have hi the £45 roaming data limit whilst on a business trip.

How do i increase this as spend cap is already unlimited and site says this is seperate?

I have found nothing online and have tried phoning but the automated service always just reaches a dead end.

The regulatory default for the Data Roaming Limit is £45, but you can increase this as you've mentioned. Unfortunately this can't currently be changed online, but if you call or chat with the customer services team, they'll be able to amend this for you.

If chatting, you should be asked for info of why you're getting in touch by the Digital Assistant, so if you explain you need an advisor to increase the Data Roaming Limit, you ought to be connected, or if calling, there's usually an option for "anything else" that should get you in touch with our customer support teams.
