Roaming on older plans

I am on an older Advance unlimited Sim only plan from Sept 21. I have found the plan details on the website and they state that worldwide roaming is included and there is no charge for calls, texts and I can use up to 12GB of data abroad at no extra charge. However when I went into the shop to double check I understood this correctly, they told me that roaming was not included. Which source is correct?

The older Advanced plans don't have the newer Go Roam All Around The World Extra destinations, as those didn't exist when that plan was introduced. You do have the ability to use Go Roam in Go Roam EU, and Go Roam Around The World destinations though.
