Hello,

I have been a 3 pay monthly contract customer for over 10 years, same number the whole time.  I was under the impression that as an older customer I did not have to pay to use my phone abroad, but I keep getting texts about a ยฃ2 daily charge?

The website is really unclear as to whether I need to buy a Roam pass or not.

Hey @Kyriacou86,

If you've not upgraded your contract since October 2021 or received notification that your current contract terms have ended, then you'd still have access to free-roaming as part of your contract terms.

When did you last process an upgrade on the account? You'll be able to check if you've had the ยฃ2 daily fee applied to the account, by going to 'View all allowances' - 'View all data usage' - 'Daily roaming charge'.
