I have lost my Sim card abroad and asked for replacement 3 times and did not get it, every time I do online chat they say that the send it to me but i don't receive it.
Last time when i had chat with coustomer service they said that they will send me new number and 1 month pay as Compensation، i have this number for 5 years and i can't change it, its related to my business.
Any advice please?
