Screen froze after payment was debited and didn’t receive no confirmation email

Need some help please, have previously been a three customer and was looking to bring my number back to the network from EE which has rubbish service. I really wanted the new iPhone 17 512gb with next day delivery so I placed a new PAYG order via the three website on 11th of November the payment of £1100 was debited but when I got transferred back to three my screen froze so wasn’t sure if the order went through or not. I waited until the following day for my delivery or any confirmation email but nothing. I have contacted three numerous times via live chat and phone to enquire about the payment/order and then trying to get a refund but they couldn’t find any information. Eventually I was told to ask my bank for a chargeback but the bank wants more information which I unfortunately don’t have. The bank did provide me with payment reference details which I provided to three via live chat on the 21st of November, was told by the agent I would receive my refund within 28 days. Been stressing for nearly a month now wondering if I’ll actually receive my refund.
