Sorry to hear this, I'll do my best to help. We'll need a little but more information.
Which service isn't working calls, texts, data, accessing your My3, or do you mean you have no service/signal?
If you normally have service in a particular area, or have just moved, please check our Coverage and Network Status Checkers, these should help establish if we're working on an issue in an area where there normally should be service.
Hope this helps, if the checkers don't shed any light please let me know a bit more about the issue.
