Smartwatch pairing

I’m so tired of three I’ve had my Apple Watch for about 3 weeks now and I’m trying to pair it with my iPhone 15 pro max but every time I click on set up mobile services it gets to the login then boom there’s a problem I’ve done everything from changing passwords to deleting safari history to unpairing and now it doesn’t even get past the login stage it goes straight to there’s a problem.  Three customer service are useless they have no clue and from what I see it’s been going on for months with other customers.
