Hi, I’ve recently switched to your Unlimited Lite plan, but my mobile data is still blocked, and I received a “Spend Cap reached” message. I only use mobile internet, no calls or texts, and my new plan clearly shows unlimited data until April 7th. Could you please check if there’s a system issue or something wrong with the plan switch

I’m afraid this is a public discussion forum not customer service and we therefore have no access to your account. If you’ve got the Three app you should be able to alter your spend cap there.
