Spend cap but app not working

Hi currently abroad need to increase spend cap but can't get 3 app to work it says there is an error. When I call 3 they tell me to increase spend cap via 3 App which isn't working? Can anyone help??

Log into your 3 account via the three website rather than using the app.

Did you manage to increase your spend cap by logging into your account online, as suggested by @MZone ?

If not, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Service teams via live chat instead. They'll be able to get this increased for you.
