Why won't my data reset

My should reset to 12 GB on 12/6/24 but I have no data my bill has been paid

I'm sorry to hear you've experienced a delay with your allowances resetting.

Did you reach out to our Customer Service teams as suggested by @MZone? If so, did they manage to get this resolved?
