Tariff changed with no notice or agreement

For more than 5 years I've had a Data Reward SIM and have been enjoying the 3-2-1 tariff with a free 200MB of data per month. . .as detailed here Data Reward Sim.

I made a call yesterday to a landline number for 2 minutes and was shocked to be charged 70p for the call when I expected it to cost just 6p.  It appears my tariff has been changed without my knowledge or agreement or any notice from Three.   I have no idea if I still have the free 200MB data allowance. . .there's no useful info on the account.

Is this a consequence of the Three upgrade and having to re-register?
