Theft

daemonicus13
Fledgling

I have been having a problem. When checking to see when my data package ran out I found my credit had gone from £4.62 to £1.33 (since then it has gone down to £0.98) Are ThreeUK resorting to stealing from Pay As You Go customers or are there new charges we have not been made aware of.

I have made no chargeable calls/texts and my all-you-can-eat data package covers all my data needs.

It seems we may need Ofcom to step in to stop this fraud. As far as I'm aware theft is still a crime punsihable by law... even for big companies.

Any user input would be appreciated. I have tried to get through pay as you go customer services but they haven't got a clue what they are talking about.

Hello @daemonicus13,

Thanks for reaching out. We appreciate it's important to understand why your credit is being used up.

When you spoke with our Pay as You Go support team, what did they advise you?

Were they able to offer any insight into what may be the cause for the credit being used?

Also, is this the first time this has happened?

Thanks,
Michael
