I can’t understand but i can’t login to my three app. As I get on the app give my number it start buffering but a blank page open. And buffering remain start and start but the account not open and the page remains open I talk to three but still problem is there then again I chat then online but they says your last email is showing on the account with whom I registered. But it will take 5,6 days to fix. I can’t understand this. But let’s hope for the ending of this 6 days period. Then I let you know.
so please if you can fix this problem because I have see many three mobile user has this problem.

Can you please check with any devices you have available, and if you're still encountering these issues logging into My3 let us know?
In your reply please confirm the device(s) you've tested, and if the issue is still occurring on the Three App, and which browser(s) you've tested.

I’m having this issue now both on the app and also trying to log in via browser on iPhone google chrome

We're sorry for the disruption this is causing. We're finding that updating the software on most recent iPhones solves this problem. If you're able to update to an iOS version of 17 or 18 this should work. If you have an older iPhone device, we're continuing to look into solutions, but if you have an alternative device like a PC or laptop you should still be able to login from https://www.three.co.uk
