Hi re joined 3 yesterday downloaded app and cannot log in same on the website just keeps saying something went wrong three chat told me turn phone off and on then remove app and re install did all of that still no joy I’m on iPhone 14

Thatll be because its Customer service agents, Probably a contracted foreign call centre, who havent got a jar of glure and are reading from a how to fix it by Three manual in front of them. Welcome and good luck, Three has major issues right now after moving to a new system, the simple truth is, It would be nice if they simply cut out the subterfuge and got straight to the point, the only fix is PATIENCE, its going to take a little bit of time to get everything working properly, if you just joined Three youre already added to the new system and there is no fix for it yet, thousands are affected and it really doesnt make a difference if you turn off, turn on, restart, take sim out and put it back in, no matter what they tell you, dont waste your time. The only fix is to be patient and wait for Three to get the whole thing sorted out their end and it will take a little bit of time.
