Three customer service a joke!!

Came on to make a payment I was outstanding due to payment date change on my device plan and 57 minutes later still no link sent to me to take it!! I tried on app first but that kept saying something was wrong then chat bot sent me to wrong department, finally get there and was answered with long pauses in between, when was told I had limited time and would have to go soon they kept ignoring what I was saying and asking stupid questions, checking this and that, basically it felt like they were purposely prolonging the whole thing!! 57 minutes to try and pay you and still haven’t due to having to do something called ‘work’ which actually pays my bills!! If you want the outstanding balance for a change of direct debit date then YOU ring me so I can mess you around for a while…. What an absolute joke!! Should be ashamed.

It's disappointing to hear you've had a poor experience with the team. We're not sure why the process was going so slow when you were speaking to them. It's possible they were having some kind of technical issue. As this is a customer space, no one here can arrange for someone to contact you. I'd recommend reaching out to the support team again in order to get the change made and the payment processed. You can also do a Livechat, which might help if you're limited on time.

May I ask please who changed the date of the direct debit? I also have a device plan and have never known Three to change it. (Just asking)
