Ok I have read today there is issues … yes it has been even more awful today than usual but how do I go about cancelling my contract as the phone signal is so bad. I have a 50 min commute from Garstang to Kendal and I loose signal completely at over 6 spots .. the A6 at Catterall , A6 between Scorton and forton , the hill on the m6 passing Lancaster uni, 3 miles either side of Carnforth on the m6, burton in Kendal, just ction 36, and a 3 mile section north of Kendal . This means every call is interrupted, cuts out or is inaudible - I need to speak to people on the way to and from work but it has been awful for weeks. Oh and yes today was beyond a joke I couldn’t make a call ffor the whole of my journey!!!!

You need to speak to customer service on 333. This is a discussion forum with no access to your account. But a word to the wise,check coverage on your new chosen network to ensure that you won’t have the same issues you apparently have with Three.
