I upgraded early through Three. Gave me a trade in option. I have sent off as instructed and have received track and trace that this has been received by I have heard nothing. I have been on hold now every day for the last 3 days for over 1 hr and no response and sent x3 emails and no response. When i phoned Three they could not help and just told me to email Ingram Services.

Make a complaint via the Three homepage. It’s the same call centre but from what I’ve read on here from time to time they’re generally reasonably good at getting things sorted.
