Unable to login to my account since upgrade

Hi,

I am unable to access my account on the website and on the app. I already re-registered but when I try to login I get a prompt to verify my phone number by receiving a text, but the text never arrives.

I have spoken with a few agents on the chat and phone but they seem to be unable to fix the issue.

Any ideas on how to fix that?

I managed to re-register for the app again and can get into that. However I can not log into my account using the website on my laptop like I used to be able to. Been like this since the upgrade. Some upgrade that is isn't it?! Works before but not after! 🙄 I prefer to use the website as I don't like the app much, but when I input my number and click next... Nothing happens.

Thinking of moving my account to either O2 or ID mobile, they both have good offers atm.

Customer services don't know what they are doing, it is pointless chatting or talking to them.
