I have two 3 phones which I pay by direct debit and the accounts are up to date. On my last Experian Credit Report an unpaid bill has appeared which I do not recognise and which has impacted my credit score. I am unable to make contact with 3 and the online chat could not help.
I am currently remortgaging and this will have an impact, I do not know what to do??

What did the team advise when you spoke with them on chat? Were they able to confirm there was no late payments received?
