Hi,
So I want to upgrade to sim only and I’ve been told with 12 and 24 month contracts after 90days after credit check you can have a free upgrade. Is this correct?
Just wanting to see if anyone has had any problems with this.

Hi @Leahcoldspring,
Usually the sales teams will waive the Early Upgrade Fee for the remaining time on a SIM only, provided you've passed the first 90 days, and you're moving from SIM only to a handset plan.
You do still need to pass the credit check for this new upgrade though, and you may be asked to pay an upfront contribution towards the new phone too.

By "free" do you mean change plan and not getting extra for free?
