Upgrade to Sim Only

I wanted to keep my current device which I had on a pay monthly deal at £62 a month. As I wanted to keep my current device I opted for a sim only pay monthly deal when I upgraded. This was on 17/12/2024. Since then I’ve not received a new sim or anything. Am I right to assume as I am already with three they will just switch my billing to the new sim only amount of £30 a month and I keep my current sim or has my new sim gone missing in the post or something?

the lack of information or guidance when you chose to switch to pay monthly sim only is crazy!

Welcome to the Three Community. 

When changing the plan of an existing contract, a new SIM is not provided as it isn't needed. You can continue to use the old one and the plan will change to the new agreed rate.
