Upgrading with a week left

Hi all,

I'm due to renew/upgrade my contract on the 8th (a week from now) and after checking my options I'm still going to be charged £25 just to renew early even now!

Do I need to wait until the actual 8th so I'm not paying anything extra or am I going to be slapped onto an automatic renewal for a plan I might not want anymore?

Update: I just checked my account and in one place it says my contact ends on the 8th October but in my account it ends on the 8th December!

Nevermind, problem solved!

Hey @Squinee,

Sorry to hear you've had some confusion about the renewal date of your contract.

It may be your allowances such as calls, texts and data that expire on 08/10/2024. You can check for certain when your contract term ends by logging into your account online or on the My3 app and going to 'Manage your plan'.
