I am writing to complain about an unauthorized charge of £18 and the unreasonable suspension of my service. During January and February, my account was incorrectly charged £18, which customer service claimed was due to Apple Pay, a feature I have never used through my phone. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue through customer service, they merely advised me to contact Apple Pay without providing any specific information that could help resolve the issue, such as order numbers. Today, I contacted Apple Pay and confirmed that there are no transaction records associated with my account.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the way your company has handled this situation and request an immediate investigation into this matter and the reversal of the incorrect charges.
