Like several staff at work we have a number touring to gain access to remote gate opening.
I have the correct number and itvseems there is a block further down the process.
The phone dials the correct number but it says the PIN is invalid.
I've tried several times to get assistance from Three but no one cares or seems to understand.
I'm hoping to get some advice by reaching out here.

I would ask one of the other staff at work who have Three and see if it works for them.
The key here is the Pin is invalid? Is that the Three pin or a work Pin?

No-one else is on Three for the gates it seems.
When I dial through you can hear the numbers going through to open the gate and then it says invalid number.
