After topping up my cash credit balance using a voucher I tried to purchase a £35 unlimited data pack (one-off). Normally there is an option to pay from cash credit but this has disappeared, it only offers choice of credit card or voucher.

Hi @Malev,
As Pete says, we're looking into this but I'm not sure exactly how long it will take to sort out. If you use the Three App, you should be able to convert a pack from cash credit there, or customer services should be able to help do this if you're unable to use the app for some reason.

Hello there.
That's not ideal. It looks like there might be an issue showing this on the website, it's something that's being looked into just now. For now, could you try doing it through the My3 app instead?
