Three pay question from new user

zenny22
Fledgling

Hi, I joined three yesterday and received a pay monthly sim, and have a question about three pay. I tried to make a Three pay purchase through the Google Play Store and also on jeffbet using a "pay by mobile" option and both were declined because of insufficient funds. I thought I had an unlimited spend cap, of £40 per day and it would go onto my monthly bill but maybe there's a limitation for new users and I can't use Three Pay to begin with. Does anybody know ?

Hello, Zenny.

Welcome to the Three Community.

You may have a credit limit on the account that isn't allowing you to complete purchases. You'd need to contact the support team to check what the limit currently is and get it changed if needed. There's also a separate limit of £40 per transaction, and £240 per month, both of which can't be changed due to regulatory restrictions.
