What are Three up to?

I'm on a 30 day rolling contract and I gave Three notice on the 2nd October, so the contract will end in the 2nd November.I have a returns bag, so I'm all set. However, Three sent me the following email today. Do they know what they're doing?

Thanks for getting in touch about returning your device under our returns policy.

"It's been 14 days and we still haven't received your device. If we don't receive it soon, we'll close your returns request and any agreements related to this device will continue"

It could be an automated email that the system sends out but I would contact CS to make sure you can return the device after the contract is ended.

Contacted them on chat live. They had no idea what they were doing 

Called Three and confirmed everything
