Yesterday I upgraded my phone early, when will the phone get dispatched as it just currently says "Submitted" and hasn't updated. when I put the order in it said it would get delivered tomorrow, the 11th. But I'm confused that nothing has happened yet.

You would usually get a text from DPD on the day of delivery with your allocated timeslot. This text can be received at any point up until 2pm.
