Where is my new iPhone Pro Max, I've been waiting well over a month now

Ordered on the 27th of September and there's not been a tracking email sent to me yet, and Three haven't contacted me with any sort of information about said order, I seem to be in the wind here.

Hi @zhukov43,

I'm sorry for your wait. The Pro Max variants are always in high demand, so the back order periods for these can be substantial. I can only give general info on our Community forums, but an iPhone 16 Pro Max ordered on the 27th September, ought to be due for delivery today. It is typical to receive the DPD delivery tracking on the delivery day so you may still receive this today, but if you haven't received any confirmations yet, then customer services should be able to check the status of your order.

Just spoken to customer services about the phone being delivered, I got a very mid level text message saying that the phone will be delivered tomorrow perhaps, but it never gave me any concrete news, the phone call said maybe 72 hours, so I have to put my life on hold till Saturday, and stay in waiting for the phone, I am so annoyed right now, you've had well over a month to send me my new phone, I am going to have to cancel plans I've made now. Please be better with your communication with customers, and don't give unrealistic shipment dates you can't meet, it makes an otherwise good company look bad.

Thanks for the feedback, I do appreciate this has been a frustrating experience for the original estimates to not be met. Please let me know if you have received the phone in the meantime, or over this weekend and if it's still not sorted out by then, I'll check if there's anything more we can do to support you in escalating this.
