Wrongfully charged

I am being charged for paramount plus, however I have cancelled this twice over the last month and have recieved a message today and am being charged for it on this months bill

Hi @tneville05,

Did you manage to get this Paramount+ subscription cancelled. To my understanding this will appear as an add on, and you can have this removed from your account on the Three App, or via customer services.

Please let me know if you still need any help with this.

It sounds like the subscription is still live, but I'm unsure why that would be if you've cancelled the Paramount+ 

I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team in order to get it checked out.
