I am using a 3 connection from last three months. Right now the ownership and payment of my sim card is with my uncle and now I want to change it to my name. I have made call to 3 customer service and they replied that its impossible to change the ownership.
is it true ..?
if it is.. then I have to discontinue the 3 service.
please help me out for the same.

I am in the same boat. I have ownership of two three numbers which belong to my now adult sons. They both want ownership but three is stopping that. There must be something we can do.

If you read every single reply on that thread, clearly LeeT's reply does not work and three needs to sort this out - so many contracts made by parents/family members for teenagers who become adults and can't then take agency over their phone contracts (I say this as one such ex-teenager and I adore my phone number and the general connectivity I have with three - I don't want to change provider).
