I feel ripped off by three, my contract ended in November and I’m asked to pay extra over £300 and that is fraud and a rip off to me, I will tell all friends and family members don’t use three. It’s a fraudulent company and customer service is bad and rude. I’m done and moving to another network entirely.

It sounds like you may still be within your agreed contract term. Did the team explain what this charge was for? 

If you wish to discuss this further, I'd recommend you reach out to the Complaints team for this to be investigated.
