someone has changed the primary number for my account, a number I don't use is added to the top screen and I'm the account holder, three moto has taken payments over the phone and cancelled my wifi and cut this off straight away while on call. when checking payments on my bank payments from 2020 was there then disappeared.  three moto claim I owe money for an account I don't have, my device model number has changed on my device when i was using it for hotspot for firestick, three told me to open and have reset hotspot which i feel was not a secure thing to do please advise
