what is the direct contact for the fraud team as they need to close this fraudulent account setup in my name ASAP so my credit score doesn't get damaged by the unpaid bills.
i dont want a general customer service number, i need to speak to someone with authority to close the account immediately.

Three are the worst company that I have ever dealt with when a fraud has occurred. Not only can you not contact them easily, even when you do, they say one thing and then do nothing whilst telling you not to worry. It is then left to the customer to call back many times, going through an absolute firewall of questions before being told just to wait yet another 48 hours (as in 2 working days) before finding that Three then ask you to wait another 2 working days, and then another 2 working days. Small issues that could be solved easily are magnified into an absolute nightmare for the customer because Three refuses to provide even a modicom of customer service, leaving the little Guy to pick up the tab. Not impressed.

I'm sorry to hear that there's been a fraudulent account opened in your name. I can't imagine how frustrating and distressing that must be.
I totally appreciate you'll want that closed down immediately, and to be put in touch with the customer protection teams as quickly as possible, but you need to contact customer services first, they'll collect some initial information, then the fraud investigators get in touch after this has been investigated fully.
