I guess Iโm not the only one in saying how disappoint in receiving the text from 3 last night saying, that my devices (iPhone 16 Plus and Apple Watch Series 10) has been delayed to the end of the month! Initially I was promised that I would receive them last month on the 20th September. Then a bunch of the agents on the live chat said last couple weeks that 9th October 2024 (today), I would receive my devicesโฆ.
This is totally out of order and unacceptable and I even paid hundred of pounds towards the upfront costs aswell! The best the agent could offer is give me ยฃ10 off of my next bill. What a complete joke!!!
