I have been having issues with my bill and tried to use the online chat and have spoken to an agent multiple times on the phone however, my issue has not been sorted and I believe it will be easier over email. I was just wondering if there is a direct email address to contact three customer service and explain the problem I am having

I’m trying to leave them. So far I have been cut off 5 times so I am also trying to email them. I think I’m going to have to go traditional and write to them. I’ve done the complaints page and told them I’m cancelling my direct debit. I just feel that this is now tactical to keep me paying for something I no longer need!

Three used to be good with communication however they have gone the way of other companies, they don't really want you to communicate with them, that's why there isn't an obvious e mail address and the only way that you can speak to an agent is to threaten to leave them. Shame on Three.

If you really feel strongly about your billing issue you can always raise a complaint via the Three homepage. Not exactly an email address,but a way to outline your problem in writing which is what you seem to want.
