• I would like to ask since the first plan details 6gb roam is already finish but not expire i already cancelled it and make another data pack but i dont have an internet do you have any idea about it?

Hi, Vince. 

It sounds like you used the fair use limit of 6GB per month while Roaming. Adding a new data pack doesn't refresh the 6GB. The 6GB only refreshes 1 calendar month after the date it was first used abroad. 

You can continue to use data, but at a cost. You will need a data allowance, plus credit on your account that can be consumed when using data if you'd like to do that. You can find more about that and the costs on the Roaming Support Page.
