I have a  PAYG SIM which Three in their infinite wisdom have decided is now fraudulent and have completely disabled the number. I cannot get through to anyone in the company who can help me sort this out and my number is linked to a large number of accounts, so its totally unacceptable. Does anyone have a number or a way to I can contact someone human in their organisation who actually knows what they are doing? All other attempts have failed miserably. They even sent me a message that they had tried to call me. How ridiculous can you get?

Out of curiosity what do they mean by fraudulent, are they thinking you have been using it fraudulently or were you sold it fraudulently or 3 have their knickers in a twist?
