Hello, I would like to know why you were charging £25 on my invoice when that was not what was agreed?

Sorry to hear your bill is higher than expected. You're posting to our customer community, so we won't be able to view account specific info like your bill here. You can download a copy of your last 12 bills from your My3 account on three.co.uk or the Three App.

I'd recommend to view the full itemised bill and this will help clear up if the monthly plan charge is higher than expected, or if you've incurred a charge outside your allowances.

Please let me know if you're able to clear things up by viewing the bill.
