Hi all, I signed up to the 5g mobile broadband offer via Compare the Market with a claimable £50 gift card after 75 days. I'm nearly 75 days into the new contract now. How do I redeem the offer? Thank you, James

Impossible, I have a code from three to claim and giftcloud telling me they are waiting on three been intouch since beginning of June on the 90 day claim time

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with redeeming a gift card. Where was this originally offered to you, do you have any link to info like the terms and conditions? Was this also a compare the market offer, or from elsewhere?

Hi no it was a direct promotion from Three email sent by three with code etc sent to me I n 27/02 not a compare website

I spent an hour yesterday chatting with various representatives from Three support, who claimed that the promotion is advertised on Comparethemarket and has nothing to do with Three. Today, I received the following response from a Comparethemarket representative:

"As previously explained, all gift cards and vouchers offered on the Broadband pages are managed by the providers. We do not have any access to them. I'm afraid I would not be able to say how Three validates their orders as we do not have access to them. I would recommend contacting Three, informing them of what I have told you, and requesting a supervisor to investigate this further for you."

This is incredibly frustrating. If anyone has managed to resolve this issue, please share how you did it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I've replied on the new topic you created with a couple of suggestions on how we could look into this further.

Unfortunately we never heard back on this topic as to the final outcome, but it looks like @Jimz was in touch with Compare the Market and they acknowledged a delay. @Jimz did you manage to get this sorted out in the end?

Hi James, 

Has anyone here successfully received the £50 gift card from the Comparethemarket promotion? I signed up for the same deal, and since my contract started on 10 September (112 days ago), I’ve been stuck between Three and Comparethemarket customer service. Both teams keep passing responsibility to the other, and the validation process still hasn’t been completed.

If you have managed to resolve this issue, could you please share how you did it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! thank you!

Hi Fraser, no I don't recall seeing it after I got redirected to the three website. Please see attached screenshot. I'll see what it says on Compare the Market.
