Been with 3 for a month… ok for first two weeks… now it’s diabolical. Is this normal? Customer service is abysmal and the help chat decided after I questioned how crap the WiFi is, that’s it’s now not available until tomorrow. Recorded the chat as also how rubbish the tv is (currently watching football… come on England ! And missed every single goal!) it’s that bad!

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your connection after a good start. Can you help me understand the issue a little more clearly, is it specifically an issue with streaming, slow download speeds, or are you experiencing a lot of lag?

Does our Network Status Checker show any local issues we're aware of?
