5G Router Set Up

Received my new 5G router (upgrade from the 4G router I had for 2 years. But it is not working. 

I have inserted the old SIM card. Powered it up, but despite numerous restarts (power off and router resets) I still fail to connect.

Lights are as follows:

WPS light - Red

Power light - Red

Signal light - Red

Internet connection - Green 

WiFi light - Green

SMS light - Off

please help.

Hey there, 

We're sorry to hear you're having difficulties getting connected. Does the old SIM still work in your old router? If there's a new SIM that's be given, you can try this in the new 5G router and see if this works too.

In the meantime, if this fails to work for you please get in touch with the Customer Service Team and they'll be able to run some diagnostics on what's going on.
