it has been few weeks already that we experience a very low speed with the 5G broadband.
Few months ago it was around 300mbps and recently it does not produce more that 10mbps with a lot of issue to play or watch TV.
Looking at the network status the message we get is:
"We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.
We hope to have things fixed as soon as possible and will add any updates here."
It would be great to have visibility about timeline for this issue to be solved.

Hello.
It's unfortunate that you're experiencing an issue with the connection. A specific time frame isn't usually provided, most likely because issues can vary in their impact and duration, and giving a date may set false expectations. You might be able to get specific info from the Broadband Team, but keep in mind that if they are able to provide a data for when the fix is expected, it is just an estimate.
