Several issues after I join Three 5G home boardband

1.  Sometimes, the speed drops to very slow, and sometimes it will even disconnect from the Internet and I need to power off the hub and router, and then power on them again to fix it. 

2. Some of the websites can't be reached, such as sina.com, https://careers.socialelement.agency/jobs/6537707-social-media-community-manager-moderator-simplifie... etc. But, I can reach the above website if I connect to other countries using VPN app. Strange!   And, I have no problem with my previous boardband provider Hyperoptics.

Any idea how to fix it?

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing a drop in speeds and frequent disconnections with your Home Broadband service.

If this has still been ongoing, please have a chat with the Home Broadband team for some direct troubleshooting with your hub.

I just moved to three, it give me a very bad experience.

And the disconnect issues still occurs......
