Hi I have a nr5103 hub and am only getting 4g plus and it says excellent signal strength please any advice appreciated

Has this been an issue since you first connected, or does something seem to have changed recently?
How long has this been going on for now?
Have you checked our Coverage and Network Status Checkers to see if this seems to be a general coverage issue, or if we're aware of any issues in the area?
